Compatibility:

This product is compatible with iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max. It also works with iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max, either without a case or with a magnetic phone case.

Notes:

For optimal performance, we recommend using a power adapter with a minimum output of 12W (not included).
Please note that this product is not compatible with non-magnetic phone cases, such as Otterbox defender cases.
Keep in mind that magnetic and metal attachments like cards, keys, and pop grips may interfere with charging.
The magnetic charge feature provides a maximum power output of up to 7.5W.
During charging or discharging, some heat generation may occur due to energy loss during transmission, which is a normal phenomenon.
This product does not support simultaneous charging of two devices. The device connected via cable will take precedence over the device charging wirelessly.
Due to size incompatibility, we do not recommend using this portable charger with the iPhone 13/12 mini. When used with the iPhone 14 Pro/13 Pro, please be aware that the power bank may extend beyond the bottom edge of the phone.
